Skeleton vanguards are monsters found in the Desert Temple of Minecraft: Dungeons. They are spawned by The Nameless One and hold custom shields and glaives.
Behavior[]
Upon being spawned, a vanguard immediately rushes toward a player and attacks them with their glaive.
Additionally, their shield absorbs damage, forcing a player to wither weave around and attack them from behind, or attack the shield until it breaks.
